Constituency : Hertfordshire  1857-64

Christopher  was  a  local  landowner.  He  was  educated  at  Eton  and  Oxford  where  he  socialised  with  the  young  Gladstone.

He  died  in  1864  aged  57, the  Conservatives  winning  the  subsequent  by-election.
