Constituency : Reading 1852-60
Henry was the son of a general. He was educated at Trinity College Dublin and became a barrister.In 1857 Palmerston appointed him Solicitor-General.
Palmerston restored Henry to the office after the 1859 election but he resigned from Parliament just weeks later to become a Judge of Common Pleas. He retired in 1875.
He died in 1888 aged 84.
