Max regained Cheltenham from the Tories' Alex Chalk after running him very close in 2019.
Max studied business management and administration at Cardiff University.He became a journalist working for papers in the south west . He worked in communications For Cheltenham Ladies College for two years from 2012 and then a PR company in Cheltenham until 2021. He served on Cheltenham Brough Council from 2014 to 2014 taking a lead n climate change projects. He stood for Stroud in 2017 coming third.
