1689 Thomas Napier

Constituency  : Faversham  1906-10

Thomas  took  Faversham  from  the  Tories.

Thomas  was  educated  at  Rugby  and  London  University.  He  became  a  barrister  and  then  a  judge. He  was  elected  to  London  County  Council  in  1893. He  contested  Islington  North  in  1895.

Thomas  was  easily  defeated  in  January  1910.

He  died  in  1933  aged  79.
