Constituency : Eastern Perthshire 1889-1903
John took over at Eastern Perthshire after the death of Robert Menzies.
John was the grandson of George Kinloch a former MP for Dundee.He was a baronet
John resigned his seat in 1903.
He died in 1910 aged 61.
