Pascoe  took  the  new  seat  of  Dorset  East.

Pascoe  was  a  younger  brother  of  Baron  Wolverton.  He  was  a  banker.

Pascoe  anticipated  his  defeat  in  1886.

He  died in  1904  aged  71.
