1130 Henry Spicer

Constituency : Islington  South  1885-6

Henry  won  the  new  seat  of  Islington  South.

Henry's  father  was  a  wholesale  stationer.  He  received  a  Congregationalist  education  then  attended the  University  of  London. He  was  a  member  of  the  London  School  Board.

Henry  was  defeated  in  1886.

He  died  in  1915  aged  78.
