Constituency : Pembrokeshire  1880-92

William  recaptured  Pembrokeshire  from  the  Tories.

William  was  a  solicitor  from  Haverfordwest. He  contested  the  1876  by-election.

In  1892  William  stood  down  in  favour  of  his  son.

He  died  in  1895  aged  74.
